Description
Hello! Thank you for recently putting a speed bump on the 2600 block of Fendall Avenue. We need another one, however. People still fly down our road, going at least 15 mph over the limit in some cases. Cars treat the speed bump like the starting line in a drag race. If we could add another speed bump, I know the whole block would appreciate it. We have a lot of children that play in their front yards, as well as outdoor kitties.
