Description

W Franklin St from Chantilly to Westmoreland which is two blocks combined, 4600 and 4700, is in desperate need of speed control. People regularly speed and do not slow down when children are out playing. Please install speed tables or at a minimum put a speed signal out for a while to see how fast they are going. It’s terrible and a kid is going to get hit by a car.
