Description
There is approximately 8 feet of overgrowth vegetation growing wild in the South side of E Franklin opposite 2900 and 3000. On weekends and evenings cars are parked essentially in the middle of the street as this vegetation is restricts parking anywhere near the curb. This is restricting the traffic flow and the visual field as cars often go very fast up/down the hill not expecting the narrowing of through traffic.
