Description

31st and the bottom of E Franklin has a hairpin turn . This needs widening as well as speed control - cars and motorcycles excessively speed on the 29-31st street section of E Franklin. Also need a sign stating no large trucks. Tractor trailers come up and pull down power lines and also park by the turn. Cars cannot pass.
