Description
The alleyway from 23rd to 24th Street between E. Broad and E. Grace is in need of repair at both ends (due to heavy construction vehicle traffic during the past 6-7 years). There are deep dips at both ends of the alley where it meets the streets-- especially on 24th Street-- making it extremely difficult for a car to navigate; and, in the summer, these created "ditches" become terrible mosquito breeding ponds. Your attention and help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
