Description
The alley between the 4600 block (behind 4623 Radford Avenue) Fitzhugh and Radford Avenues (cross road of Blacker Street) has had standing water which is now down to the orange clay mud. I believe there is a water main break there.

Rivers this service reuest on 10/15/2020 and spoke with the homeowner at 4623 Radford Ave; citizen who reside at this location is not Amy Algrarin & she did not submit this request. Howbeit she share that two doors down is Ms. Algrarin home. D. Rivers went to the home suggested by citizen & found Ms. Algrarin to provide her with a update. Found: Stagnate water at the end of the alley behind 4623 Radford Ave due to gravel washed away. Immediate Action: Request will be forwarded to DPW to address the alley. Closed to Public Utilities. Note: Damage basin found during assessment made safe and place on repair list.
