Description
The alley behind the townhomes on O street in Church Hill flood every time it rains, to the degree that our trash bins are floating in the alley because the water is so high. Would like to get the alley drainage addressed. This is the alley behind the homes from 2509 O street down to 2525 O street in Church Hill.
