Description

I submitted a request on 5/8/2020 but have not heard from anyone. I had to pay for a new windsheild for my car and the limbs fall frequently from this tree which is a danger to my property and me. I need to be reimbursed for the windsheild since I previously reported this tree to the city and the tree needs to be dealt with. How do I submit my receipt to be reimbursed?
