Description

4901 Bassett Avenue, 23225, Tree fell Friday 5/8/20 4:30pm. Tree blocked Bassett Avenue entirely, Richmond Police arrived, placed yellow caution tape across the road, told me the tree was on public property, required city tree removal to move the tree. Saturday 5/9/20 at 5:30pm, neighborhood residents moved tree and debri to the side of the road to open to car traffic again. Downed tree and branches remain at 4901 Bassett Avenue, needs removal to clear space for foot traffic.
