Description

The block of Clinton Ave (4000 block) next to this address was re-paved in December 2019 following the gas line replacement work. At the north end of the block near Bellevue there are two places where the new pavement has already failed, and wet soil can be seen leaching up through the broken pavement. It appears the 1" overlay was installed over gravel or soil, with no pavement below it. Please make a proper repair.
