Description

Public right of way is badly obscured in this alleyway. Plants growing along the right of way are encroaching into the roadway and forcing traffic onto private property. This has caused city trucks to destroy a concrete parking pad that belongs to a home on Wythe Ave. The city should consider reimbursing that homeowner. please clear brush and pave the alleyway with nice pavers, asphalt, or concrete like all the other local alleys.
