Description

Due to high winds, tree limb has impaled my windshield from the tree in front of my house which is on city property. I had just gotten out of the car when it happened. My passenger and myself could have been wounded or killed had we stayed in the car for just a few minutes longer!!! I have previously reported this tree to the city due to concerns. I need someone to come and assess if this tree needs to be taken down or if limbs need to be removed ASAP.
