this is where the Gaurd Rail is in front of the creek . there has been a lot of illegal dump would like a No Dumping sign placed

    t is unlawful for any person to dump or otherwise dispose of trash, garbage, refuse, litter on public property according to the Richmond City Code. Therefore, it is our general practice not to install signs where people commonly know something like littering is illegal.
