Reopening item Request: DPW000048745 which is a steel plate in the turning lane. This was closed by your staff on 05/04, but nothing has been done about this issue. Please do not close items before they have been addressed. Address is incorrect - Should be 4200 Brook Road (SB lane)...sorry!
