Description

A moving truck went through the alley today and dislodged an electrical wire that is now hanging from another wire in the middle of the alley (3500 Patterson/Park ave). The end of the wire is about 4 feet from the ground and hangs in the middle of the alley. Cars are hitting the wire as they go down the alley.
