Description

The alley in the 2400 block between Grove Avenue and Floyd Avenue, closer to Grove Avenue, is in desperate need of new gravel and grading, as there are more puddles and lakes in the alley than there are drivable smooth surfaces. This will become a health issue as we go into mosquito season, as these large puddles will be breeding grounds for mosquitos.
