Description

Tree in median of Gloucester Road (23227) in front of 3411 Gloucester Rd has a large branch stretching over power line. The branch has been weakened by disease/recent winds and its extension now arches over the power line, sidewalk, and practically touches the ground in front yard. I am afraid this branch is about to break off and knock the power line down, creating a fire and electrical hazard, as well as knocking out power. Many walk through on median and this can pose a danger to life.
