    Crew proceeded to location of issue. Upon arrival to location crew observed that the street name blades opposite across the street from issue had the appropriate block numbers displayed on the signs. Crew then repaired the street name blades on a wood utility pole. Andre Cannady Shelton Thomas Truck: 4970, 4962
