Description

3d request since early April re 20+ ft very large tree limb broken off of tree and stuck tightly within pair of cable lines running above. Starting to limit access for some vehicles; impeding my ability to use garage, in middle of alley in 2600 block of Semmes Ave. May also require removal of whole dead tree from which branch fell. Please, please help. With much thanks.
