Description
Garbage is tossed in the streets and yards with no regards in these blocks. There are no sidewalks in these blocks as is in the 3900 block. The 3700 and 3800 block of Decatur is missing sidewalks, the street's pavement is uneven, dilapidated and a safety hazard. A no littering sign w/fines imposed is needed badly. We own & are renovating 3801 Decatur & new building 3803 Decatur St. New pavement, sidewalks and the proper signs brings up our value and neighborhood pride. Seniors walk here daily.

- Staff · May 7, 2020t is unlawful for any person to dump or otherwise dispose of trash, garbage, refuse, litter on public property according to the Richmond City Code. Therefore, it is our general practice not to install signs where people commonly know something like littering is illegal.
