Description

The 3700 and 3800 block of Decatur is missing the sidewalk, the street's pavement is uneven, dilapidated and a safety hazard. A no littering sign w/fines imposed is needed badly. We own & are renovating 3801 Decatur & new building 3803 Decatur St. New pavement, sidewalks and the proper signs brings up our value and and neighborhood pride. Seniors walk daily in this block. Most are over the age of 80. These items will revitalize the neighborhood. Please call me. Please (804) 922-3270.
