Description

Two trees at 306 N 26th street totally block passage along the sidewalk especially when it rains. Trees are on the Broad side of 26th street. Also in front of the 26th street entrance three empty spots exist for trees but are deep holes. No suggestions for that maybe fill in with brick etc.
