Description

The alley behind my house (between Franklin and Park) is in really rough shape in the middle of the block. I’ve never seen it thus bad in the 8 years I’ve lived here. There are enormous potholes that hold water for weeks. All the gravel is gone in this area and it’s a complete mud bath. Can this area be regraded and regraveled? Thank you so so much!
