Description

Good afternoon. I live at 4109 Park Ave., City of Richmond. We have a large dead tree in front of our house, on the City property between the street and the sidewalk. Is this the right department to contact to request removal of the tree? (My immediate concern is large branches falling off the tree, with cars and the potential for people below.) If this is not the correct department, please let me know who I should contact. If it is, I request removal of the tree as soon as possible.
