Description

I have written numerous times in the past two weeks about the trash can on the intermediate level in Libby Park that is Never emptied. This may be because it is not near a road but it is not inaccessible. People use the trash can which is in a public park and it needs to be emptied. You sent me a noticed today that it had been emptied. I has not.
