Description

Recieved parking ticket in front of home; handicap sign was placed for a person that is deceased; caller state since the sign is in front of his home and the person is deceased he should not have a problem parking near the handicap sign since its in front of his home; he;s stating the handicap is irrevelant since the person is deceased; oneway street in front of 510 Ladies Mile Road; has been parking there for 8 years; would like to contest ticket once the courts are back open.
