- Staff · June 16, 2020Hello, Mr. Cornavaca called into customer service concerning a tree removal which is in wires. He has been in contact with Dominion and two representatives have been out (work order 32601384). Mr.Benjamin Germ with Dominion explained to the citizen that this is a city issue and they will not take the tree down. Mr. Germ said they will turn off the power at the time of the removal as long as Urban Forestry notify them of when the tree would be removed. The Service Request number is SR417917. The citizen said this tree is a safety concern because large branches are always falling and children are playing in the area and he said the tree is leaning towards his home and vehicles may be damaged. He also stated he was an Arborist and he would like to see another tree planted. Email address for Citizen rcornavaca@hotmail.com Thank you
