Description
The alley between 1213 N. 23rd Street and the Church on the corner is overgrown with grass and weeds. The same alley, across 23rd St., is gravel. The alley between 23rd & 24th St which is also gravel. But this alley is grass. It is often over grown weeds—some stretching as high as to be in the power lines now. Many people use this as a walk through alley, and the grass inhibits that, but also collects trash and rubbish. This invites vermin as well as makes it hard to clean effectively.
