Description

there are two huge trees behind me that hang over the house. they are not on the property so the landlord will not get involved. they limbs are huge and so far has torn down the electric and the cable lines. I am constantly having to clean up huge limbs that fall when the wind picks up and I don't know what to do or how to get some help.
