Description

City tree planted in front of 617 W Graham is extending across street over Graham Road towards 610 W Graham and sideways towards 615 W Graham. Limbs are extremely long and sway viciously when there is a breeze. Limbs are threatening to fall in parked cars, fences and possibly the hone at 615. At least two large limbs need to be removed
