Description

This tree is dead and dropping limbs on the sidewalk and parking lane of Fendall Ave, and I have informed city about it multiple times before. I was contacted by the city arborist several months ago and was told that it would be taken down several months ago, still nothing has happened. During the last storm, it dropped more limbs.
