Description

There are two large willow oak trees (on city property) that have several large dead limbs. These must be viewed by walking under the trees and looking up, they can not be seen by staying in one's vehicle on the street. These limbs will either fall on a vehicle or someone. Late last year I was working in our yard and a large limb just missed where is was gardening.
