Description
The location is in front of 1607 Hull Street. There is a substantial depression in the ground in multiple spots. The worst being where the bricks meet the concrete, The area has collapsed and a large hole can be seen through the bricks below. There is also a depresion by the water meter in front of 1605 Hull Street.
