Description

I'm writing in concern of the traffic lights on Stony Point Parkway. Both entrance and exit traffic lights to and from Chippenham Parkway. The Traffic Detection Systems are not working correctly. Also, the intersection of Stony Point Parkway and Stony Point Drive have been flashing for well over a month. Thank you for your assistance
