Description

This tree is dead, there is no question about it. For two years not a single leaf has grown off any of the branches. There are large branches that extend over the sidewalk where a lot of families take walks and people ride their bikes. This is a huge safety risk. This is not a tall tree and can be removed in under an hour, and there will be room to park on the street to have easy access to it.
