Description
Old pavement pulled from the street for new pavement in the 3300 block of 4th Ave was dumped into a wooded area in the same block where a stream leads to the James River. This pavement needs to be removed. Five years ago, this wooded area was cleared to allow rain water to flow to the stream and not overflow the street. To have the work team dump old pavement into the stream is unacceptable. Please have the team return to remove the dumped pavement. Thank you.
