Description

Tree has been dead and I’ve been calling for the last 3 years and nobody has ever come out to assess a tree that is clearly dead. I’ve even had my own arborist out here to confirm it is dead. It is a threat to public safety as large branches constantly fall from it onto a busy sidewalk
