Description
The southbound Douglasdale exit desperately needs three way stop signs due you the blind hill cresting from westbound Douglasdale traffic. This is especially important now with the detour in place from the Cary Street overpass construction.

- Staff · April 17, 2020All-way stops must be warranted as described in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This is a federal manual that all traffic engineers use to evaluate intersections for all-way stops,traffic signals, etc.The latest six years of reported crashes showed zero crashes. The intersection of Douglasdale Rd., McCloy St and the Powhite off ramp does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD.
