Description

Alley behind the resident's house was paved a couple of months ago. But since then the drainage seems to be worse. There is a large puddle in the alley behind the house that does not go away. Also, as part of the repaving a ridge of mud was pushed up against the edge of their property which appears to be making it harder for their backyard to drain into the alley.
