Description

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing as a follow up to the letter sent by my neighbor Melinda Davis, who lives at 4405 Kensington Ave. Two very large, dead tree limbs from a City tree hang over both her property and mine. One of these limbs hangs directly over my property while others hang over Melinda’s home, yard and fence. We would appreciate these limbs be removed as quickly as possible. They are quite threatening to both people and property.
