Description

a very large rat hole that goes into the sewer/water line. I have reported this problem in multiple years for the past 3 years. Each time someone comes out and claim that another department has to fix the problem. The city claims its the water line department that needs to fix this. The water line dept. claims its the city that needs to fix this. Meanwhile, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND THE HOLE GETS BIGGER
