Description

The location is at 4221 Dorset Road, Richmond, VA 23234. This formerly wooded lot was recently cleared for future residence construction. There is no visible house number. The lot is between 4215 and 4301 Dorset Rd. The cleared land has eroded causing a portion of the pavement to break away and slide down hill from the road posing a danger. The road is narrow so vehicles passing in opposite directions move to the edge. The land of 4221 slopes steeply away & now has a dangerous drop-off.
