Description

the tree in front of my house has has rotten limbs for a long time i have called several times about the tree. limbs have fallen and damaged a car a year ago and just last week Davey Tree Service was in front of my house looking at the tree and i asked if i needed to move my car as i thought they were gonna cut the rotten limbs out but they said no and drove off then 2 x times that week bad storms happened and limbs came down one on my Mercedes left front fender and trunk.

M citizen left two messages concerning service request being closed. SR432439 was closed because it was a duplicate. The Arborist has this tree on a contract removal list. I called Mr. Ashworth backto advise the SR was closed because it was a duplicate. 804-399-2461 no answer and the voice mail box was full so I could not leave a message. Arborist are working Ice Storm. Just wanted the citizen to know since he had left two messages.
