Description

Last week I observed a family (adults & children) walking in the concrete bed of Gillies Creek east of where it crosses under Williamsburg Ave. I asked them if they were aware of the Richmond CSO situation in Gillies Creek as it had rained recently; they didn't know about it. For this reason, I recommend three CSO signs be installed: - Intersection of Gillies Creek Trail (runs between railroad tracks & Gillies Creek) and Government Rd - Intersection of Gillies Creek Trail & Wmsburg Ave - Chim
