    n engineering study is required before an all-way stop can be installed. This is in accordance with the warrant requirements in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The intersection of Cedar St and N. 21st St does not meet the MUTCD requirements. We will ensure that No Parking signs are installed to improve intersection sight distance.
