Needs 3 way stop. Traffic from m street one way can not see left and cars coming up from Princess Anne are moving fast.

    All all-way stops must meet the warrants as described in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The intersection of 21st St and M St does not meet the MUTCD warrants. “No Parking” signs on 21st St at M St were installed earlier to improve intersection sight distance. No additional measures are planned at this time.
