Description

The is a large tree on the city's property that has a large number of dead branches again. The City came out and trimmed branches a couple of years ago. Many of the dead branches are located above the street and sidewalk. I am concerned about the cars that park under the tree and neighbors who walk under the tree. Please assess. FYI. My next door neighbor has expressed for years that she wishes that entire tree would be removed, rather than simply trimmed. Thank you for your assistance.
