Description

My narrow, winding, lineless, street is in HUGE need of a few speed bumps. Traffic regularly moves at speeds >50mph, a hazard for residents trying to pull in/out of driveways. Circling the block to be able to slow enough to pull into my driveway thanks to speedy tailgaters, getting physically run off of the road, and near-collisions when exiting the driveway are daily things. This year, I've seen the aftermath of 2 collisions with a telephone pole due to drivers not paying attention & speeding.

Glenwood Ave had four reported crashes in the last six year period. We will install another speed limit sign in each direction and a few new No Parking signs. MFR - please prepare a sign work order as noted in my email. TAB
