Description

The small tree directly in front of my property 110 N 29 is over growing. Several large branches hover over the sidewalk nearly reaching the windows of my second floor. The large winds today has me worried the larger branch will break and fall onto the pedestrian sidewalk and/or cause damage. There is a spray paint marking on one of the branches.. maybe the city is aware?
