Description

I live at the intersection where Springhill Rd. intersects W. 28th St. (in Woodland Heights). There is a severe dip there, and cars bottom out all the time--some so badly I'm sure it damages their car. Just this morning I heard two cars in a row slam across the dip and decided I should see if it's possible to fill it in so that the intersection is flat rather than a deep dip. The other end of the block, at the intersection with W. 27th, is also a problem, though the dip is not as significant.
